The room was freshly renovated, featuring a cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. The staff, especially Brian and Tom, were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home throughout my visit.

The pizza at Coastal Pizza Kitchen is totally killer, hitting the spot after those beach days! Plus, the staff here are super friendly and the bed was comfy enough to snooze after a day of exploring Madeira. Such a chill vibe!

But let’s be real, the room felt like it was trapped in the '80s with outdated vibes, and the rusty shower? Yikes! The pool's open to the sky, meaning you might get some fun feathers or rain when you're trying to chill. Big sigh!

The lack of essential kitchen utensils! ! Uncomfortable bedding and insufficient noise insulation! Unnecessary inconvenience with broken light switches and unstocked kitchens!

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The pool area was spacious and clean, with new maintenance upgrades. Beach towels were available for free. Kenny, the owner, was exceptionally accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt well taken care of. 🌞

The staff was courteous and friendly. When I had a problem with the microwave, Chessa, the girl at the office, brought over the office microwave to exchange, made me realize they're actually looking out for me.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I got.

The bathroom felt snug for a couple, and the TV didn’t support streaming services, limiting entertainment options for those relaxing evenings after a long day in the sun.
